Founded in Geneva in 2019, Conzept Caviar is born with the desire to create new consumption habits around caviar.
We aspire to introduce this exquisite and lesser-known delicacy to individuals who possess the means to access it but have yet to savor the indulgence of Caviar.
Always considered as a luxury product reserved for a small category of fine connoisseurs, Conzept Caviar intends to change Caviar's upscale image. Our goal is to allow a larger range of consumers to enjoy this fine delicacy, while preserving its prestige and glamour character.
Selling Caviar in Geneva, Verbier and Zürich to Professionals and Private
individuals since 2019. We are expanding and now exporting Caviar in whole European Union.
Conzept Caviar is a brand managed by From'Epices SA registered and based in Geneva, possessing its own laboratory.
From December 2023, We will receive Fresh Black Truffles from Périgord to diversify our fine product offer.

Traveling around the globe searching for the best Products
To offer the best caviar, the two co-founders first went to Iran in 2019, by the Caspian Sea to rediscover the best world known Iranian Beluga caviar.
Their trip then took them to Italy to select Baeri and Oscietre caviar to have a high quality steady classic caviar.
In 2022, their quest for the best lead them to the South West of France to taste the finest Baeri & Oscietre french caviar and its world class fresh truffles, enabling them to diversify their offer.
